Join us in our mission to create lasting change in Montana and beyond.

The Montana Conservation Society and the Montana Conservation Fund are newly created non-profits that are focused on finding lasting, equitable solutions for wildlife management issues on private and public lands, while restoring the strong bonds between landowners, outfitters and hunters.

Our goal is to reduce the conflict and increase collaboration between hunters, landowners and outfitters. 100 years ago, Montanans were able to come together to bring wildlife back from the brink of extinction. Today, we have arguments related to wildlife abundance more often than we do arguments of scarcity.

We firmly believe that the best decisions happen when we meet face-to-face and look each other in the eye. That’s what our forebearers taught us when they brought wildlife back from the brink in the 20th century, and it’s that kind of personal connection that will help us deal with the issues we face in the 21st Century.
